Who am I? What Are My Beliefs?

Following many requests on the internet asking me who I was and what were my beliefs, I have created this page to respond to all inquiries ;

If you are a Christian, please bear in mind that this site has been designed primarily for non-believers.

I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry, although I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. 1 Timothy 1:12-15

I am an evangelist and Pastor-Missionary (Ephesians 4:11 He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers...). In early 2009 I founded the Allan Rich Ministries Welfare Society in India. I am an ordained pastor, and am responsible of 750 churches for 700 pastors and more than 75.000 believers. The work I do on the internet (videos, podcasts, testimonies etc.) involves myself only. I do not represent any church nor association, nor any movement of faith nor belief system of any kind. I do not receive any financial grants nor subsidies. I have created this site and all the videos by myself at my own expense. Any comments or replies to these comments on my videos (youtube, dailymotion, etc) concern myself personally, and myself alone.

The proceeds from the sale of books are re-invested in the publication of additional copies, publishing in other languages, as well as printing tracts for evangelization---making this a non-profit venture. A special postal account has been open to ensure  the transparency of the operation.

To this day, more than 10.000 copies of these books have been published in 12 languages, and more than 500,000 tracts have been printed in 7 languages.

History of the Ministry

I was converted in 1977. Two years later, I began preaching in the streets. For several years after that, I worked full-time for God, living by faith as a street evangelist and working in a Christian rehabilitation center for people in spiritual and social difficulties. Until the end of the 80’s I regularly shared my testimony in schools, universities and auditoriums, in an effort to discourage drug use and delinquent behavior. I also worked for 2 years in the gypsy mission "Vie et Lumiere". Then came a period when I backslid, away from the will of God, but only for a season. After that I returned to serving the Lord in 2005 in obedience to the direction of the Holy Spirit. For several years now, I have been evangelizing on the internet and in the streets and been sharing my testimony in evangelistic conferences, doing deliverance seminars and impartation convention all over the world.

I am available to share my testimony at evangelistic conferences, drug use prevention seminars, as well as meetings exposing the dangers of the occult and witchcraft.

Below is a summary of my Articles of Faith.  I BELIEVE:

       >The Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men and the Divine and final authority for Christian faith and life.

        > In one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

      >That Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross, a sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.

         >That the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and, during this age, to convict men, regenerate the believing sinner, and indwell, guide, instruct and empower the believer for godly living and service.

        >That man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is, therefore, lost, and only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.

     >That the shed blood of Jesus Christ and His Resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit and, thus become children of God.

        >That Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head of the Church and that every local church has the right, under Christ, to decide and govern its own affairs.

         >In the bodily resurrection of the dead; of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord; of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment.

Practical Financial Control For Ambitious SME Owners

When Internal Processes Start To Strain

Growing firms often reach a point where the owner, finance manager or office team can no longer keep every finance task moving smoothly. Sales rise, supplier bills increase, payroll becomes more involved and the monthly figures take longer to prepare. When decisions are still based on spreadsheets, memory or late reports, the business can lose sight of cash, profit and risk.

This is where outsourced finance services can give an SME more structure without adding unnecessary payroll cost. A dedicated external team can help review routines, organise reporting, tighten controls and bring senior input into the business at the right moments. For firms with five to fifty staff, that can make financial management more stable and less dependent on one busy person.

Creating Room For Better Decisions

Clearer finance routines help owners make decisions before problems become urgent. If cash flow is reviewed often, overdue invoices are chased earlier and supplier payments are planned with more care. If margins are reviewed properly, the business can see which contracts, products or projects are worth more attention.

This matters in sectors such as construction and manufacturing, where labour, materials, stock and project timing can affect cash quickly. Better control gives leaders a clearer picture of what is profitable, where money is tied up and whether the business can afford to hire, invest or take on larger work. It also gives internal teams a more reliable base to work from each month.

Why Accurate Records Matter

Reliable records are the starting point for every useful finance conversation. When invoices, receipts, bank transactions and supplier balances are handled consistently, reports become easier to prepare and easier to trust. Poor records create delays, duplicate work and uncertainty, which can slow down decisions at the exact moment the business needs clarity.

Using outsourced bookkeeping services can help SMEs keep day-to-day financial information current without placing all responsibility on an overloaded internal team. The aim is not simply to keep records tidy. It is to make sure the owner and finance lead can understand performance, prepare for deadlines and respond quickly when figures change across the business.

Reducing Pressure On The Team

A busy finance manager can spend too much time correcting records, chasing missing information or preparing reports from incomplete data. This leaves less time for planning, analysis and useful conversations with the leadership team. Good bookkeeping support can remove much of that friction and give the team more confidence in the numbers.

It can also improve communication between finance, payroll, HR and operations. When staff costs, supplier payments and customer invoices are managed with care, the business can see its commitments more clearly. That helps managers plan cash, manage workload and avoid the stress that comes from trying to fix basic errors after month end.

Building A Setup That Fits

Not every SME needs the same level of help. Some need cleaner records and better monthly routines. Others need cash flow forecasting, board reporting, payroll checks or senior guidance before making larger commercial decisions. The right setup should match the size, sector and pace of the business.

Before choosing a partner, owners should look at where time is being lost and where decisions feel unclear. Late management accounts, weak cash visibility, inconsistent processes and too much founder involvement are common warning signs. Addressing those issues early can make the business easier to manage.

Moving Forward With More Confidence

A strong finance function should help people work better, not add more admin. Reports should be simple to understand. Responsibilities should be clear. Communication should be regular enough to keep issues moving without taking over the owner’s diary. This is especially important for lean SME teams.

The best results come when daily accuracy and senior guidance work together. Accurate records make reporting stronger. Stronger reporting makes planning easier. Better planning helps the business protect cash, improve margins and move towards growth with more confidence.

Choosing the Right Invoice Funding Structure

Why Risk Allocation Comes First

Before a business uses invoice funding, it should understand how risk is assigned if a customer does not pay. The funding decision is not complete until the owner knows whether the provider or the business carries the main payment responsibility after the invoice is advanced.

With non recourse factoring, the provider may take on defined credit risk connected to the customer’s inability to pay. The protection is usually limited by contract terms, so owners must review exclusions, eligibility rules, customer qualification standards, and the exact events that trigger coverage.

Why Contract Details Matter

The phrase may sound simple, but the agreement controls the outcome. Some unpaid invoices may not qualify for protection if there is a billing dispute, delivery issue, incomplete documentation, customer offset, pricing concern, or service complaint. These exceptions can change the value of the arrangement.

Finance teams should request plain explanations before signing. They should ask how the provider verifies customers, how unpaid invoices are handled, how long the customer has to pay, and what steps are taken before the business is asked to resolve an issue or replace the invoice.

How Business Responsibility Works

Some companies choose a structure where they keep more customer payment risk in exchange for potentially lower fees or more accessible terms. This can be reasonable when the business has dependable commercial customers, strong billing controls, and a consistent history of collections.

With recourse factoring, the business may remain responsible if the customer does not pay within the agreed timeline. The provider may require repayment, invoice substitution, or another remedy described in the contract, which makes careful review essential before funding begins.

When Cost Control Is the Priority

This option may fit companies that have predictable receivables and want to reduce financing costs. A staffing agency, freight company, distributor, or service firm with established customers may prefer a lower-cost structure when payment risk is considered manageable and customer relationships are stable.

Still, owners should not focus on cost alone. They should evaluate invoice aging, customer concentration, payment behavior, dispute frequency, and internal collection discipline. A cheaper structure can become expensive if the company submits invoices from customers with weak payment habits or unclear billing histories.

Reviewing the Full Agreement

The best funding decision comes from comparing the entire agreement, not only the headline fee. Advance rates, reserve releases, minimum volume requirements, termination clauses, credit limits, notification procedures, and collection practices all affect the practical value of the arrangement.

Business owners should also understand how quickly funds are advanced, how customer payments are processed, and how final balances are reconciled. Clear reporting helps CFOs and accounts receivable managers track the funding relationship without creating confusion in the ledger.

Managing Customer Communication

Customer communication can affect both collections and reputation. The provider should explain how notices are delivered, how payment instructions are presented, and how follow-up messages are handled if an invoice becomes overdue or needs additional customer confirmation.

A professional process helps protect customer trust. Internal teams should know which invoices are funded, who owns collection communication, and how to respond if a customer asks questions about payment instructions, remittance changes, or account updates.

Building a Stronger Cash Flow Plan

The right choice depends on the company’s customer quality, cash flow needs, risk tolerance, and growth plans. A business seeking stronger protection may accept higher costs, while a business focused on cost control may choose to retain more responsibility.

Invoice Factoring Guide USA gives business owners and finance teams the clarity needed to compare structures with confidence. A stronger decision starts with understanding the agreement, the customer base, the documentation standards, and the financial impact before funding begins.

When to Call a Real Estate Attorney for Property Matters

Real estate decisions often involve more than signing a contract or closing a deal. A lease, purchase agreement, commercial property dispute, financing issue, or zoning concern can affect your rights, your money, and your long-term plans. Working with a real estate lawyer in Santa Clarita can help you understand the legal side of a property matter before it turns into a bigger problem.

Whether you are buying, selling, leasing, developing, or managing property, legal guidance can give you a clearer path forward. Property contracts often include terms that are difficult to change once signed. A real estate lawyer can review those terms, explain your risks, and help you make informed decisions.

Real estate law can affect many property decisions

People often search for real estate lawyers in California when a property issue becomes too complex to handle alone. This may include disputes over contracts, lease terms, easements, title concerns, purchase agreements, boundary issues, or commercial property obligations.

In many cases, the best time to speak with lawyers for real estate issues is before a disagreement becomes formal. Early legal advice can help you understand what your documents say, what options are available, and what steps may protect your position.

A lawyer that specializes in real estate can also help with transactions. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents so that the agreement reflects your goals and limits unnecessary risk.

When property disputes become legal disputes

Not every property disagreement leads to court, but some disputes need firm legal action. A real estate litigation attorney may assist when negotiations fail, when a contract has been breached, or when one party refuses to meet their obligations.

Common real estate disputes may involve failed transactions, unpaid obligations, lease conflicts, development restrictions, partnership disagreements, or claims connected to property use. A California real estate law firm can review the facts, explain possible outcomes, and help you decide whether negotiation, mediation, or litigation is the right next step.

For commercial clients, this support can be especially important. Business properties often involve finance terms, lease structures, operational requirements, and long-term obligations that can affect cash flow and growth.

Legal guidance for owners, landlords, tenants, and developers

A real estate attorney can assist both individuals and businesses with property-related legal matters. Property owners may need help reviewing sale agreements, resolving disputes, or dealing with restrictions on use. Developers may need support with contracts, approvals, or zoning concerns. Business owners may need help before entering into a commercial lease.

A landlord and tenant lawyer may be useful when lease terms, deposits, repairs, payment obligations, or property access become disputed. Clear legal advice can help both sides understand their responsibilities and avoid unnecessary escalation.

If you are searching for property law near me, the goal is usually to find someone who understands local property concerns and California real estate requirements. Local guidance can be helpful because property issues often depend on the details of the agreement, the property, and the surrounding rules.

Zoning and land use concerns

A zoning lawyer can help when questions arise about how land or buildings may be used. Zoning concerns may affect commercial operations, renovations, development plans, parking, signage, or future property value. Getting advice before you commit to a project can help you avoid delays and unexpected legal problems.

Real estate law is not only about solving disputes. It is also about planning carefully, protecting your rights, and making decisions with a clear understanding of the risks involved. If you are dealing with a contract, lease, transaction, dispute, or zoning question, speaking with a real estate attorney can help you move forward with more confidence.

The Importance of Metal Fabrication in Modern Manufacturing

Metal fabrication plays a vital role in today’s industrial world, supporting everything from food production and construction to transportation and manufacturing. The process involves cutting, bending, welding, and assembling metal materials into finished products or components designed for specific applications. As industries continue to demand stronger, more durable, and highly customized solutions, metal fabrication has become an essential part of modern production systems.

One of the key advantages of metal fabrication is versatility. Fabricators can create everything from simple brackets and enclosures to highly specialized stainless steel systems used in food and beverage facilities. Modern fabrication shops use advanced technologies such as laser cutting, CNC machining, metal forming, and precision welding to ensure products meet strict performance and quality standards. These technologies improve accuracy, reduce waste, and help manufacturers deliver projects faster and more efficiently.

Stainless steel fabrication, in particular, has become increasingly important in industries where cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and durability are critical. Food processing plants, breweries, dairy operations, and pharmaceutical facilities often rely on stainless steel systems because they are hygienic and easy to maintain. High-quality fabrication ensures these systems can withstand demanding environments while maintaining safety and efficiency over time.

Another major benefit of professional metal fabrication is customization. Many businesses require equipment or components designed specifically for their workflow or production environment. Custom fabrication allows manufacturers to create solutions tailored to unique operational needs rather than relying on generic, one-size-fits-all products. From prototype development to full production runs, experienced fabricators can help businesses improve productivity and streamline operations with purpose-built metal components.

Quality assurance is also a critical factor in metal fabrication. Companies that maintain certifications such as ISO 9001:2015 demonstrate a commitment to consistent manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction. Quality-focused fabrication shops carefully monitor every stage of production, from material selection to final inspection, ensuring products meet both industry standards and customer expectations. This level of precision is especially important for industries where reliability and safety are non-negotiable.

As manufacturing technologies continue to evolve, metal fabrication is becoming even more advanced. Automation, precision laser systems, and innovative fabrication methods are helping companies improve turnaround times while maintaining exceptional quality. Businesses today need fabrication partners that combine technical expertise, modern equipment, and dependable customer support to keep operations running smoothly.

For companies seeking reliable stainless steel products and custom fabrication services, AWI Manufacturing provides high-quality metal fabrication solutions backed by decades of experience. Their services include laser cutting, welding, metal forming, assembly, and custom stainless steel manufacturing designed to meet the needs of a wide range of industries.
